Students must give a 48 hour notice of cancellation in order to receive a partial refund. Please call 970-256-6196. A $20.00 processing fee will be retained for administrative services. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 48 hours prior to the class, or for no shows.
We reserve the right to cancel classes due to emergencies or insufficient enrollment. Classes must have a minimum of 6 students. If a class is cancelled we will attempt to contact you at least 48 hours in advance and give you the option to reschedule or request a refund.
If you are more than 10 minutes late you will not be permitted to participate in the course. Instructors are authorized to refuse admission to those who arrive late. If you have questions please contact the Community Hospital Education Office at 256-6196.
St. Mary's Hospital employees
needing to cancel a class must do so no less than 48 hours prior
